We got tired of airport food that tasted like nothing

Vito's Market was born from a simple frustration: why does flying have to mean eating like an afterthought? We opened our doors at Detroit Metro Airport with one promise — real food, made the way you'd expect it at home.

Every sandwich is built on bread baked that morning. Every salad is tossed from produce we source the same day. No microwaves, no shortcuts, no "airport special" pricing for ingredients that never saw a kitchen.
